Pinhole Photography with a Nikon Camera

I bought a pinhole body-cap for a 35mm camera and took a photo out of the window on a cloudless April morning, 2005. The resulting image was very small and of poor resolution so I used Photoshop to sharpen it up a little:

The scanned image...   contrast increased by 50%...

then sharpened using "Unsharp Mask" by 500% with an 8 pixel radius.

Pinhole: 0.011" = 1/90" = 0.23mm pinhole in body-cap
Distance from film: 40mm
Film: 35mm Agfa Pan 25 (ISO 25)
Exposure time: 4 seconds, aperture equivalent to ƒ/180
Developer: Kodak T-Max developer 1+4 for 6 minutes at 24°C.

Film scanner: Minolta QuickScan35 Film Scanner
Image enhancement: Adobe Photoshop

Using my light meter set at 6 ASA/ISO, the exposure time can be read at f/45. On a bright but cloudy day this is about 4 seconds. This is too short for my liking (people are still visible), so I'm going to cover the pinhole with a Neutral Density filter, better still a (circular) polarising filter.
